Please read this agreement carefully; this is a binding contract.‍
‍Welcome to ComeHome! Your access and use of the ComeHome features, products and services provided by HouseCanary, Inc. (“HouseCanary”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) , (individually and collectively, the “Service”), via the Chase Mobile® application powered by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“JPMorgan”), is subject to this additional Terms of Use (this “ToU”), which may be enforced by HouseCanary or JPMorgan.

By agreeing to this ToU, including by a click-through or other agreement or by using any aspect of the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read this ToU and agree to all of its terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction where you reside. If you are using the Service on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such other entity to this ToU. You must agree to this ToU in order to use the Service, and if you do not accept this ToU then you may not use any aspect of the Service

MLS Terms of Use.
‍1. Before proceeding to view the content made available through the Service, you must acknowledge all of the following (unless you are a licensed real estate agent) and agree to these MLS Terms of Use and:

(a) to use the Service only for your personal use and not for commercial uses; (b) that you are entering a lawful consumer-broker, seller/buyer-brokerage, or similar relationship with HouseCanary as defined by applicable state or provincial/territorial law; (c) you have no obligation to work with us to assist you in valuing a property and you can choose to work with us or not; (d) the MLS Terms of Use and relationship does not create a financial obligation for you and any such obligation would be pursuant to a separate written or electronic agreement expressly agreed by you; (e) that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate on the Service; (f) that you will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense, any information provided through the Service to another individual or entity. This prohibition expressly includes “scraping” (including screen and database scraping), “data mining”, or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize, or manipulate any information provided or any related data; and (g) you acknowledge that the individual multiple listing service (“MLS”) which supplies the listing data, owns such data and you acknowledge the validity of the MLS’s system, and the MLS’s proprietary rights and copyright to such data or any related data. HouseCanary also explicitly authorizes MLS employees, MLS members, or their duly authorized representatives to access HouseCanary’s website for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS rules and monitoring the display of participants’ listings on the website or Service

2. Information from MLS sources is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.  Additional disclosures apply to residents of Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Texas.

3. HouseCanary receives the homes for sale from many listing sources. The following disclaimers apply to listings only from that particular data source.

Although you are entering into a lawful consumer-broker, seller/buyer or similar relationship, no attorney-client, advisory, fiduciary or other relationship is created by your acceptance or use of our Services.
